K.O. Offers a variety of programs for students of all ages. Kick Boxing and Grappling are an integral part of our martial arts program for all students at the intermediate level. For more information on any of our programs, please Contact Master John Ozuna




Kung Fu Classes:

At K.O. we teach modern Bok-Fu Do (Way of the White Tiger). Bok-Fu Do has its origins in ancient Chinese Kung Fu. Modern Bok Fu integrates the best of many martial arts styles and encompasses the most effective and devastating methods of self-defense known to man. K.O. students, will learn practical self-defense techniques drawn from ancient Bok Fu, northern and southern styles of Shaolin Kung Fu, Okinawan Karate, Jujitsu, Kenpo, and Tae Kwon Do. K.O. offers classes for students of all ages and skill levels. We have trained students from age 3 to 83 years of age. We specialize in teaching children with so called "Attention Deficit Disorder" and students with physical disabilities. At K.O. we believe that martial arts offers important life long benefits to anyone committed to it. We never turn  away a student who wants to learn. Regular private lessons are available. K.O. is open 7 days. See the K.O. Schedule for class times. We offer special classes designed to meet the needs of children of different ages and maturity. Our Kung Fu classes include:

  • Mighty Mights! (ages ~ 3-6)

  • Kids Group Class (ages ~ 6-12 )

  • Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Group Classes
    for students of all ages.

Kick Boxing/Grappling:

At K.O. we teach Kuoshu/San Shaou style fighting. This sport combines fighting knowledge from all over the world, drawing on techniques from American Boxing, Korean Kicking, Chinese joint locks (Chin-na), Jujitsu Grappling, Judo Throws, and Muay Thai fighting. Classes are included as a part of our Kung Fu instruction, or may be taken separately. Kick Boxing helps students improve their basic fitness and endurance while giving them important sparring experience in a controlled and safe environment. Cardio Kick Boxing:

 K.O.'s Cardio Kickboxing workout was described as  "The Best Cardio Workout" by Muscle & Fitness Magazine! You can't go wrong with this high energy, motivating, and exciting non-contact kickboxing workout. Get the results you've always wanted while learning practical kickboxing fundamentals.

Tai-Chi:

Tai-Chi classes are offered by special arrangement with Master John Ozuna. Tai-Chi is more than just a combination of meditation and yoga in motion, it is also a practical self defense style in which students learn to avoid and redirect the energy of an attacker. As a soft form of martial arts, Tai-Chi is ideal for students interested in learning a low impact style that effectively increases endurance, strength, balance, and mental power. White Tiger Tai-Chi and ancient Bok Fu Do have common origins.
